Terms & Conditions
1. Driver requirements
The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for a minimum of 1 year.
2. Payment & deposit
A security deposit is required at pick-up and will be refunded at the end of the rental, subject to the vehicle condition.
3. Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank, otherwise refueling charges apply.
4. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. Later cancellations may be subject to a fee.
5. Insurance & liability
Basic insurance is included. The customer remains liable for damage not covered by the selected insurance plan.
6. Traffic fines
Any traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the customer.
